Your account or a payment
Write from the email address on your account, or give the phone number you signed up with. For a payment or a refund, include the order ID from your receipt.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account yourself in Settings. If you can't sign in, write to us with the subject "Delete my account" and we will confirm it's you and delete it.
A wrong date or a mistake in a reading
Tell us the page or the reading, the date, and the place it was for. We check it against the calculation and put it right if it is wrong.
Complaints, grievances and copyright
Put "Grievance" in the subject. We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. For a copyright complaint, say which work is yours and where it appears in our services.
